Pastor Mike was born and raised in Salem, Oregon.  he married Vicki on October 11, 1975, in Dallas, Oregon.  Together they have raised three wonderful children, Kalli, Jon, and Matthew.  After being wed, they moved to Fairbanks, Alaska, in order to seek Mike's "Big Adventure".  As well as finding his adventure, Mike also found Christ as his Lord and Savior and was compelled into ministry by the Holy Spirit.  He still has that same adventuresome spirit.

 

 After graduating from Northwest University, Mike and Vicki moved to Mabton, Washington, where they pastored for nearly seventeen years in an english/spanish church to a predominately hispanic community.  Mike and Vicki now serve on the staff of Neighborhood Church as the Missions Coordinators.  His desire is to help missionaries achieve their best on the mission fields all across the world and join them in reaching people for Jesus Christ.

 

Mike also works at Mabton High School as a resource teacher to troubled teens.
